Every result, score, percentage, prediction, match, and insight produced by LoveChecker is generated by playful algorithms for entertainment purposes only. Our tools are designed to be fun, not factual.

Results are not based on scientific, psychological, or astrological evidence, and must never be relied upon for real, financial, medical, legal, or relationship decisions.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using LoveChecker, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are legally able to agree to these Terms.

You can use most of LoveChecker without an account. If you choose to register, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used to harm the Service or other users.

To keep LoveChecker safe and enjoyable for everyone, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, harassing, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, hack, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems.
• Submit content that is offensive, defamatory, hateful, or that infringes the rights or privacy of others.
• Enter another person's private information without their consent.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to copy, harvest, or republish data from the Service.

The names, messages, dates, and other inputs you type into our calculators, quizzes, and generators remain your responsibility. By submitting them, you confirm you have the right to do so.

You grant us permission to process this information solely to generate your result and operate the Service. We don't claim ownership of your inputs.

Some tools let you create a public link to share your result. If you choose to share, that result page becomes visible to anyone who has the link. Only share results you're comfortable making public, and avoid sharing other people's details without their permission.

All material that makes up LoveChecker — including the text, design, layout, logos, graphics, and source code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or build a competing service from our content without our written permission.

LoveChecker may contain links to other websites or rely on third-party services such as hosting providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and visiting them is at your own risk.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that results will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoveChecker and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including upset feelings, lost relationships, or decisions made based on a result — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
